This policy explains what personal information Framiq L.L.C.("Framiq", "we", "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company, collects when you use Framiq, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@framiq.art.
Information we collect
- Account information you give us, such as your name, email, password, and organization details.
- Content you create, including the prompts you write, files you upload, and the images and video you generate.
- Payment information for your purchases. Payments run through our Merchant of Record, Polar. We receive confirmation and basic billing details from Polar, but we do not store your full card number.
- Usage and device data, such as your IP address, browser type, pages you visit, and actions in the app, collected through server logs and privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible). Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data for advertising profiles.
How we use it
- To run the Service, generate your content, and manage your account.
- To process payments, credits, and subscriptions.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To respond to your messages and provide support.
- To send account and service emails, and, if you opt in, product updates.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the service providers that help us run Framiq, and only for that purpose:
- AI model providers (including fal.ai), which receive your prompts and uploaded files to generate your results. We do not permit your Input to be used to train their models.
- Polar (Polar Software, Inc.) for payments, receipts, and tax.
- Infrastructure providers for hosting (Vercel), file storage (Cloudflare R2), and email delivery (Resend).
- Plausible Analytics for aggregated website traffic (EU-hosted option available; no advertising cookies).
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Framiq and its users.
Some of these providers are in the United States, where Framiq operates and stores data.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to run the site, such as keeping you signed in, and basic analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning off essential cookies may break parts of the app.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to run the Service. We keep some records longer where the law requires it, for example billing records for tax. When you delete content or close your account, we remove it, apart from backups that clear on a schedule and records we have to keep.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update most of your information in your account settings, or ask us to help. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. To ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, contact hello@framiq.art and we will respond as the law requires. California residents: under the California Online Privacy Protection Act this policy is provided to you; we do not sell personal information, and we honor Do Not Track signals where sent.
Children
Framiq is for adults. It is not for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child gave us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Service changes. If we make a significant change we will let you know in the app or by email, and we will update the date above.
