This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Framiq. It sets out what you may not create or do. Some of these rules come from the AI providers we rely on, and we are required to enforce them on our users. Breaking this policy can lead to content removal, account suspension, or account closure, and we report unlawful content where the law requires.

You must not
- Try to break, disable, or get around our safety systems, rate limits, or usage rules.
- Reverse-engineer the Service, extract model weights, or copy it to build a competing product or train another AI model.

When you publish AI-generated content
You are responsible for how you use what you create. Where the law requires you to disclose that content is AI-generated, for example for synthetic or altered images of real people, you must do so.
