This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work on Framiq, operated by Framiq L.L.C. (New Mexico, USA). It is part of the Terms of Service. Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which processes charges and refunds on our behalf.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans bill in advance and renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from your billing settings or by emailing hello@framiq.art. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Because credits can be used to generate content right away, a pack becomes non-refundable once you have started using its credits.
Refunds
Digital services and credits are generally non-refundable once delivered or used. That said, we want you treated fairly. We will consider a refund if:
- You were charged in error or charged twice.
- A technical failure on our side stopped you from using credits you paid for, and we could not fix it.
- The law where you live gives you a refund right.
To ask for a refund, email hello@framiq.art within 14 days of the charge with your account email and what happened. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar, usually within a few business days.
Free trials and promotions
If a plan includes a free trial, we tell you before you start when the trial ends and what you will be charged. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Any special terms for a promotion are shown when you take it up.
If we close your account
If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund any prepaid amount for time or credits you did not use. If we close it because you broke the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, that amount is not refundable.
